Sanjay has over 16 years of experience in internet and branding industries. He was a pioneer member of a leading local internet company and has worked at global advertising agencies such as JWT and Leo Burnett.

He is a Chartered Marketer and holds a post graduate diploma in marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom. Sanjay has consulted to over 100 clients on web solutions locally and internationally.
Mugunthan Balakrishnan "Mugs"
Cofounder
Heads the design and development at 230 Interactive. He brings the unique expertise of designer turned nerd which helps to develop projects focusing on the user rather than the technology. Mugs has over 11 years of experience in architecting and designing dynamic web applications.

Mugs holds a Advanced Diploma in Computing Specializing with Software Engineering and has received extensive training in Australia & Singapore with Coldfusion / Actionscripting .
Julie Rohem

Julie advices 230 Interactive on entry strategy to the US market and evaluate all development projects as a consumer. Julie Roehm is currently consulting for a host of companies in a new media and marketing capacity, particularly in the area of marketing strategy and execution. Ms. Roehm was most recently the Sr. Vice President of Marketing Communications for Wal-Mart Stores. Here she helped to establish the marketing organization and to lead the agency review.

Prior to this, Julie was the Director of Marketing Communications for Chrysler Group with responsibility for all branded communication efforts for the Chrysler, Jeep ® and Dodge brands.

In 2004, Julie was named as the Marketing All-Star for 2004 by Automotive News , Automotive Marketer of the Year by Brandweek and Working Mother's Top 25 Women of 2004. This was succeeded by an initiation into the AAF Advertising Hall of Achievement for outstanding performance in the field of marketing and advertising to executives under 40 years old. In 2005, she was inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame and was noted as a Top 100 Most Influential Women in the Automotive Industry.

Also, in November of 2005, Chrysler was named Interactive Marketer of the Year by Ad Age, under Julie's leadership. Finally, in 2006, Julie was named as runner-up Corporate Media Executive of the Year by the Delaney Report and was awarded with the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business "Distinguished Alumni" award.
Hanan Gelbendorf

Hanan Gelbendorf is based and heads the marketing efforts in the US for 230 Interactive. Hanan is the founder and managing partner of 2creativ LLC, a consulting firm specializing in developing go-to-web strategies for a wide variety of clients.

Hanan has over 15 years of management experience in high profile market leading corporations such as Eastman Kodak and Creo-Scitex as well as to being in the founding teams of internet start-ups. Hanan specializes in innovation, marketing, integrated market communication and brand management coaching, product management, and project management. His experience includes Business to Business product marketing and management, marketing strategy, advertising, pricing, brand development, dealer channels management and sales support.

He is a Co-inventor of patented business method for ecommerce networked system, and led the business development of this project within Eastman Kodak.

In the recent years Hanan has been on the forefront of online business, specializing in online video, advertising and marketing strategy and has become a recognized figure in the NY web scene, with a strong network of professional contacts.
